You therefore agree that your use of the Musicadium website is at your own risk and that we will not be responsible if our safeguards and systems do not operate (through negligence or otherwise) as intended.
Our Digital Distribution Agreement
To use our services you must complete the Musicadium Digital Distribution Agreement. Why? Well, we and you need to cover ourselves legally! We do not request ownership or assignment of copyright in any way. We do however, need to ensure that you, in your personal capacity or as the authorised legal representative for an artist, band, group, company or corporation, have secured the necessary releases and authorities from all parties with rights in the music, recordings and material you provide to us for digital distribution or for your use of the Musicadium website. This is an exceptionally important part of the process and we have aimed to make this as simple as possible. Remember our contract is not term based (you can pull out at anytime by giving us 60 days notice), is non-exclusive and is aimed at helping to keep things simple yet legal for you and for us.
